Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with security or access controls.
• Upload illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer or modify the Service without permission.
• Use bots, automation tools, or scrapers without written consent.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Some or all features require an active, paid subscription.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan.
• Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and included features are displayed at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
• Unless required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.

5. User Content

"User Content" includes contacts, tags, notes, summaries, voice memos, and other data you upload or store in the Service.

• You retain all rights to your User Content.
• You grant us a limited, revocable license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to store third-party contact data in Bondigo.

6. AI Features

The Service may use external AI systems for summaries, transcription, or enhanced search.

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unpredictable.
• You must independently verify AI-generated content.
• AI features may not be used for high-risk, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and content of the Service belong exclusively to the operator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates external providers (e.g., AI processors, hosting platforms, payment processors). These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We select providers carefully and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid within the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. No Professional Advice

AI outputs and other informational features within the Service do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• We decide to discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. If you are an EU-based consumer, you may also rely on mandatory consumer protection laws of your country. The exclusive place of jurisdiction, where permitted by law, is the domicile of the operator.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
