Delete Account
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can permanently delete your Bondigo account and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
- Open the Bondigo app on your phone
- Go to Settings (bottom right tab)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login credentials
- All contacts and notes stored in Bondigo
- All voice recordings and transcriptions
- All tags, reminders, and AI-generated data
Timeframe
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, your data is no longer accessible. Backups are purged within 90 days.
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer access the app, send an email to info@bondigo.ai with the subject "Delete my account" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days.
